I have been using ageek for all my IT needs they have always gone the extra mile , great communication honest appraisal of issues they really are your one stop shop for you computer needs.
I had issues with my laptop they ran a diagnostic that established the hard drive was about to fail. The end result was I bought a new laptop and printer from them and I could not be happier with the outcome.

Took my Laptop in to have the screen hinge fixed as kept coming loose. Had this done twice with CEX and kept breaking again. They also told me it wasn’t covered under warranty. Decided to then get this sorted locally and I’m so glad I did. He explained the problem and sorted it very quickly and didn’t charge me for the screw change. My Mac book Air crashed and I spent 2 days talking to Apple customer care and they did try to help me but nothing worked. I was in a state as I needed my laptop to train journalists overseas . I happened to be in Chesterfield for Christmas and I remembered seeing the AGeek shop. In desperation I went there and they completely solved my problem. Phoned yesterday for a quote on a hard drive transfer and took it in today. Not realising they needed my whole unit I paid for pickup and delivery back. (This was around 1pm) Really cheap price seeing as it was picked up within the hour. I was told it could take 2-3 days, I was happy with that. Received updates throughout the process and received both texts and emails. By 5:00-5:30pm I received messages informing me my job was done! Not only had they done an amazingly quick transfer of my HDD, they cleaned my unit, fixed my case so it was safer for me to use (I've had to jack it to fit my graphics card in until I get a new case) and stabilised my graphics card so it won't break before I'm able to upgrade my case and delivered it back to me once they closed up the shop for the day!! Less than 6 hour turn around for a very cheap price (I was thinking it would be hundreds). Thank you guys! You've got a customer for life. I'll be coming to you guys for my new case and pc upgrades for me and the kids, plus repairs on our tech if the need ever arises! Recommend to everyone in the local area for all of your tech needs. I don’t leave reviews normally but these people were honest and knowledgeable and solved the issue quickly with my PC. I asked them for a discount, as a test, for a positive review. They said that I should leave whatever I felt was right and declined my offer.The reason I am leaving a review was because of their integrity. I used to be a user of another nearby repair place but I stopped using them because they were offering discounts (£20 in my last job under my business name that I didn’t take up) in exchange for a positive google review.
