Consulting with Jhumur

Over the years I've shared my resume format/input to help others along the way. When it was time for me to rejoin the workforce, my own resume felt tired and stiff. How do you explain a big job gap from having a child etc? Despite my many volunteer commitments and board positions during that time, I was feeling a bit down about it all and felt inadequate because it wasn't paid, so in my mind, it didn't count on a resume.

Working with Jhumur is a relaxing experience during the inconvenience caused by a career move. She listens to all that you have to say about your past experience and job responsibilities, doesn't interrupt, make notes and then comes back with more specific questions. She is extremely thorough and very meticulous about the way she approaches your problems and converts them into more meaningful information to be represented digitally on your resume.
She tries to see beyond what is already written in the resume and makes sure that resume has all the important points that matter.
