We hired Conscious Bite to cater our wedding, and could not have been happier! Alex and her team were so easy to work with, and came up with a brilliant menu to please all of our guests! They were able to create a spread that didn't leave anyone wanting, paleo and vegan alike. Passed hors d'oeuvres consisted of chorizo with a guava glaze, mini arepas with quesito, and mini chicken and waffles. Our dinner buffet was fantastic - grilled chicken, grilled shrimp, rice, beans, salad, and maduros. They did an amazing job of blending my husband's family background with my own - a perfect reflection of our life together. People are still talking about how good the food was! On top of all of that, their head bartender, Katy, designed two amazing signature cocktails that fit the theme of our wedding, and my husband and my personalities perfectly. She created a cucumber infused vodka cocktail for "Her" signature cocktail, and a bacon and maple infused bourbon for "His". Still the best cocktails I have ever had! Their serving staff and bartenders were very courteous and charmed our guests with professionalism, charisma and efficiency. What inspired you to start your own business?
We are three best friends that have known each other since we were eleven years old and have worked in the food industry for many years. Combining forces, we brought together our culinary talents to create spectacular events.
