I had Conroy's flowers do some arrangements for my daughter's wedding which we held at my home.  I went to the store and chose the flowers, greenery, and I asked if they could supply 2 Italian Cypress to frame the bride and groom standing site.  The flowers were EXACTLY as I had imagined and they went above and beyond to find the Italian Cypress.  It turned out the Juniper were fuller, but they called and asked if those would be OK.  I am very happy with my business with Conroys. After my latest experience with Conroys, Sonal,the owner of the shop contacted me to apologize for the disappointing Mother's Day flowers I received. She didn't offer any excuses which I appreciated, and agreed that I shouldn't have received flowers that weren't perfect. To make up for this she sent me a gorgeous bouquet of red roses which were extremely fresh so they were absolutely gorgeous. I really appreciate when businesses admit their mistakes and practice excellent customer service to make sure their consumer is happy. I would now give this shop my business in the future. More...

For my daughter's first wedding anniversary, I needed to find a florist near my daughters home in Ladera Ranch that would work with me to put together a flower arrangement that mirrored my daughters wedding bouquet of 6 different types of flowers.  Sonal, owner of Conroy Flowers Mission Viejo, was very responsive to my request, unlike other floral shops in the area.  She had to go the extra mile to find some of the flowers as they were not typical and easy to procure this time of year. In addition, I live in Delaware and she was very assuring that she would do whatever needed to be done to accomplish my goal of rel her wedding bouquet.  My daughter and her husband received their flowers as promised and sent me pics showing how beautiful the arrangement was.  Thank you Sonal and her help! I loved their work on my zen floral arrangement!  I've tried so many other florists and so happy that they are local in the area I have my friends - I used them through Teleflora and was able to choose my florist. Very happy with their artistic work!! I had other florists in the area make floral arrangements but it was arranged so poorly and the flowers stated to be included was not included. (See my previous review on local Orange County florist) So far this florist gave me my value of what I paid for - and the flowers which were in the description. Just glad to finally find a florist who actually has artistic talent to arrange since I also can do floral arrangements myself - so that I am very critical of how it should be arranged. My local florist here in Los Angeles who does amazing arrangements can not travel that far. Just so happy that I found a florist that delivered on time, had arrangements that met my expectations (I would  had the 4 bamboo sticking straight up separately apart at least 1/2"  to make the bamboo not get lost in the flowers - right now they just look like one big bamboo instead of 4 bamboo) see second photo - and included the flowers which I requested. But definitively the best florist so far in locally in Orange County that can follow my request - I'm very happy with the results. More...

Conroy's is open early and today I needed a make shift Lei for Hawaii days for a special teacher at school. They didn't have any in stock, and they were really busy filling orders for the day. However, Brenda (the florist) got her craft on and made me up a beautiful head band lei and it turned out great. These guys really care and the prices were fair. Oh my goodness! I can not express how grateful I am to have found Conroy's flower shop for a very special best friends birthday arrangement! Besides the flowers turning out absolutely amazing, I have never had better customer service from any establishment. I reside in Las Vegas and contacted the shop regarding delivery status and Dhiru, the owner went far above and even way beyond to ensure my satisfaction and then some!!!! I've come to Conroy's a couple of times in the past for flower arrangements and they produce amazing bouquets.  However, the bouquet of sunflowers I ordered last weekend was beyond exceptions.  I've never seen sunflowers so big and vibrant.  They were ready right on time and looked absolutely gorgeous wrapped in brown paper.  I will definitely be going back to place future orders and would recommend Conroy's to anyone. I live in Utah and I was getting married on the beach in San Juan Capistrano. I google searched for nearest florist and came upon Conroy's Flowers. I reached them by phone and spoke to owner Sonal, she was so pleasant to work with. She listened to my needs and gave suggestions. Since I couldn't come to California until week before my wedding Sonal and I had multiple phone conversations and email exchanges to make sure each flower arrangements were done exactly the way I wanted them. I had huppa with flowers all over, bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, head crown and centerpieces. She told me to trust her and relax. I am so glad I did. The flowers were way more than I expected. When she delivered them on my wedding day I cried. I was so pleased I would strongly recommend this florist. They also offer renting equipment and I booked them for that too. Sonal was like my wedding planner, I sent her pictures of what I liked and she helped me work all the details.I had a dream wedding on the beach thanks to Sonal and Conroy's Flowers. We were disappointed with the flowers (a dozen red roses)  my husband ordered me for Valentines....The roses wilted after the 1st day.  I contacted Conroy's and  not only did they replace the arrangement, but they sent me an extra dozen and they were absolutely gorgeous.  We have been using Conroy's  for many years and have always been very satisfied with their service, quality and prices. They are true to their word when they say that they  stand behind their 100% satisfaction guaranteed. I had to place an order for funeral flowers, on 12/23.  The lady who assisted me was fantastic.  I wanted an arrangement that could be taken home, but displayed nicely.  The visitation was 12/28.  The Arrangement was beautiful.  Very lovely.  Price was very much in line.  I did call the Florist the day before to confirm my order and delivery.   No worries..It was all taken care of.  TODAY at the visitation, I was very pleased, as was the recipient.  I will 100% only use the Mission Viejo Conroys Flowers again.  XXOO. I came in here yesterday, 9/10/16 with an absolute purpose and idea in my head, hoping they would able to accommodate exactly what I wanted. .. and they went above and beyond!Yesterday would have been the 25th birthday of a loved one I lost to a drunk driver last year.  I wanted to do some random acts of kindness in her memory and one of those was to hand out some sunflowers.  I went in asking for three single sunflowers wrapped individually, using some ribbon I brought with me to tie them together.The girl helping me grabbed the flowers, and a gentleman was wrapping them.  I started talking to the girl, telling her what I was doing, and started to completely tear up... I had asked her if she knew anyone in the area that could use a smile that day.  She helped me come up with ideas of places to go... I wanted to try to keep it related to the medical field if possible, and she was so helpful with telling me how to get to Mission Hospital from the store.  That was SO helpful as I wouldnt have known where to turn, otherwise.  (If you happen to ever read this, I ended up giving one to a volunteer at Mission Hospital, one to the front desk gal at the Assisted Living home, and one to the front desk gal at H Salon next to Davita because I couldnt tell if they were open on Saturday.  Thank you SO much for suggesting the salon, I never would have thought of that, and it was perfect.)Anyway, the detail in wrapping my three sunflowers was amazing and much appreciated.  This shop is full of caring, super friendly people and I appreciate EVERYTHING from yesterday more than I can ever express here in my review.THANK YOU!!! I love this florist!  I've been meaning to write this review for a while now, and I've consistently been happy since and thought it was time I shared how great they are at this Conroy's flowers. Dhiru, the owner, goes above an beyond in helping to deliver flowers. Not only are they great about same day delivery (because sometimes I am a little bit of a procrastinator), but Dhiru helped me personally when I needed a last minute delivery, even delivering flowers for me himself to my mom after hours on his way home from his shop.
