Basically I work with clients mainly suffering from anxiety disorders (including PTSD, panic disorder, social phobia, generalised anxiety, phobias , body dysmorphia and OCD), depression, addictions and issues surrounding confidence and low self esteem. I am a cognitive behavioural therapist accredited by the BABCP and an EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant. I am also trained in clinical hypnosis, with a Certificate with Distinction from the National College, and also by Dr. Michael Yapko, an internationally famous practitioner. I also use mindful approaches. Much of my work follows the guidelines laid down by the National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE) and so is evidence based.
