After viewing the house that I wanted to be my next home I decided that this time I would have a full RICS Homebuyer Survey. I contacted Conners Surveyors and booked this in for a few days later. The surveyor Martin was very communicative and explained in detail how the process works and how to interpret the report. Once I received the report I was a little surprised to see that the house had quite a few issues, some of which weren’t visible to the eye. This enabled me to get quotes from tradesmen and ultimately adjust my final offer price to the vendor ( saving me a lot of money ) .
