Would just like to say a massive Thank You to Bill for all of your help with our rescue dog Dudley. We were really at our wits end and could not see a way forward. After speaking to Bill on the phone we immediately saw some improvements. Bill then came to our house to meet us all and asses the situation. Having owned dogs for 30 years I cannot believe how badly we had got Dudley wrong. Bills knowledge, experience and insights into dog behavior was eye opening to say the least. To say nothing of his patience and calm manner. We have been working on all of Bills recommendations and training and we are seeing remarkable positive results in such a relatively short space of time. We asked Bill to help us with our rescue dog Jeff and he's been amazing. We felt absolutely stuck in a rut and didn't know what to do, I'd read lots of conflicting literature about dog training on the Internet and decided that I needed to speak to an expert and am so glad we found Bill.
We realised in the assessment that we didn't understand Jeff at all and he's just very confused and looking to us for direction. We had a days training and Bill has taught us how to work with him and all of our lives are improving massively, Jeff can do things that we never thought he would and he's absolutely loving learning new things and having a purpose; simple things like Jeff waiting in his bed while I open the front door or having guests round with Jeff in the room seemed impossible but now it's happening.
We called him again recently as our little girl has started crawling and we were worried about Jeffs reactions to her. Again, Bills help was invaluable; he's taught us how to build their relationship and helped us understand the situation more.
Bill is extremely knowledgeable, we could not have got this far without him and we look forward to our little family being even happier as we continue on our journey. He answered all our questions and was very kind and compassionate along the way. Thank you so much Bill, from all of us. More...

Bill came to see my 2 dogs Luna and donni as yep they needed some training and img what can i say apart from amazing man bill you were with us 2 hours and in that time you showed us how to start training Luna and donni to sit - lay - come - up - down -stay ect with just hand signs and no voice commands and Luna and donni picked it up so well it does take them abit of time to think about it bit yep they get there in the end me and my partner were so so amazed by it all Bill it's like you have magic hands.
We have been teaching the dogs since you saw them last night and they are doing so well.
Our next step will be for Bill to come back and teach us how best to teach both us as dog owners the beat things to do when we are out with the dogs.

Bill recently visited us to help with a volatile situation between our two dogs. Within minutes of being in our house Bill had turned the environment around and within 2 hours he had taught us more than we'd learned in 9 years of owning dogs. Our older dog is so much more balanced and secure now that he doesn't feel he needs to protect us all the time. Bill gave us the tools we need to continue our training with both dogs and in time we are confident that they will be able to live together, happily. Training your dog without using vocal just hand signals is amazing, hard work but amazing and it really does work. We highly recommend Bill to anyone who is losing faith. Well We met Bill at our 1st socialisation and lead training session on 25 March 2017 at AADR Dog Rescue in Latchingdon, Essex. (not local for us) That is only seven weeks ago, and at that time Harley my Spanish rescue dog was only 6 days into his adoptive trial with us and not even officially ours. We have attended every fortnight since then (it’s held every other week from 3:30 till 5:30 officially but we always get more than our money’s worth of only £20 per dog! Sometimes the class runs late - some dogs won’t get in the car to attend class and some won’t get out when they do get there, however Bill still gives his expert advice to those who choose not to come into the outdoor arena its great being out in the open) and we travel the 29 miles each way because its sooo worth it. Therefore we have been to four sessions to date, in structure the session are all the same with incremental changes as all owners and dogs learn and respond at their own pace, but with the temperament changes of the same attending both owners and dogs and then the addition of new attending owners and dogs or the same owners and another of their dogs, what we learn is varied, I say 'we' as it is us humans that do the learning to correct our behaviours and learn how to communicate with our fur babies, pooches and best friends so that our dogs can understand what we would like from them. All sorts of dog advice is offered and ‘question time’ is given as a group and concerns can be asked on a 1-1 basis during the session which we all get every week. And the concern can be shared sometimes so we all learn not just about how to deal with our own concerns but that of those in the environment around us over which we have no control – out on our walks. We are first time adult dog owners and without a doubt its challenging with our LARGE overly excitable 14mnth old Pup, but I cannot recommend enough how much that man knows about dogs behaviours and constantly helps with concerns big or little, he has an answer, believe in what he tells you and you like us will see not a small but a huge change in how your dog responds in baby steps but it’s a lifelong (well you know what I mean) of learning and training you have to be committed and consistent. I am so pleased we started right away training with Bill as in those 6 days I had already made several mistakes and Bill helped us correct them, we even took advantage of his free* home visit where all the family were present and we could all be offered advice where needed, my adult kids who think they know everything got so much understanding and found Bill Facinating!
I have given 4 stars here as I gave 5 accidently and 4.5 is not a choice but I always like to believe there is always room for improvement.
I know that I am looking forward to the next training session and feel its great value for money and a fantastic investment in time not just the money. Look forward to socialising your dog with mine... See you all there hopefully.

We contacted Bill recently with an urgent situation and he, without hesitation, stepped in to help us & visited us at our home. Within 2 hours we had learnt more from Bill than we had learned in 9 years of being dog owners. He helped us see that in order to help our extremely scared & anxious dog, we needed to train ourselves just as much as our dog. We had just taken in a dog needing a home but our resident dog was so scared he was very reactive towards the new dog and it was a volatile environment to be in. Now, in just 2 days of carrying out the training Bill taught us, we have seen an incredible difference in our older dog, who is slowly becoming braver & more interested in a positive way towards the new dog. We know it will take time but with the right tools which Bill has taught us, we know we will get there. Having Bill at the end of the phone is so reassuring. His passion for animals and his knowledge is inspiring. I don't think you could ever meet a more genuine and experienced behaviourist.
