I have been suffering from knee pains for a few years now and have had to hold onto the sides when going downstairs as knees would some times just give way. As I've been going through a rather stressful time in work and life I needed help so booked an emergency appointment. Bernadette kindly slotted me in within the hour and before I knew it she was out front bringing her therapy table in, do love a mobile service! She clearly has a lot of passion for what she does and although some muscles were rather painful due to years and years of stress, the relief afterwards felt amazing! How long do we carry these weights around in life without realizing it can be lifted? Bernadette realigned my pelvis and gave me a few pointers to avoid my pelvis falling out of place again resulting in my knee pains. Sorted out a weight training shoulder brilliantly, back training and pushing with a couple of weeks, already getting close to pushing same weights as I was.
