I am a positive, a bit quirky life and confidence coach who originally comes from France. I trained in 2013 as a coach and I now work with individuals and organisations/businesses who need to reignite with their confidence, develop their career and move forward. I especially help women, middle managers and Non-English speakers to overcome their fears of public speaking through using practical communication techniques. I am the co-leader of the Essex Association for coaching, the independent body for coaches. To date, I have worked with staff at Anglia Ruskin University as a coach and as a public speaking trainer, and with Olympus Keymed as a trainer for their foreign staff, as well as a lot of small businesses.
