First met Stuart the Confidence Academy founder at a talk he gave to a young mums group on self defence and domestic violence i have since taken up kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts with the academy i have lost massive amounts of weight and have confidence none of my friends or family can believe Stuart also teaches my daughter with special needs others turned us away value,sevice and delivery are second to none a massive thumbs up

we wanted to get our kids more active basically off the playstation and Ds they couldnt hold a conversation since finding Sensei Stuart and the team our kids seam a lot happier interact with us more even ask us for help with the character building stuff they do in class this months about Charity cleared out loads of old toys and clothes amazing alot more to it than punching and kicking we recommend the academy to anyone and everyone

What inspired you to start your own business?
With over 40 years martial arts experience and working with and in some large Organisations I was somewhat dismayed with the poor standards and only in it for the money attitude most were talking the talk but not walking the walk so I founded the Confidence Academy
