Been training with cam for a while now. Before starting with cam always focused on cardio and classes trying to stay skinny. Hated weights as always felt week. Now i have totally changed my outlook on food and training i eat compleately different and train compleately different in fact i now love weights and much prefer having shape and strength rather than week and skinny. Would deffinetly recommend cam to anyone! Book of knowledge and such a nice guy! More...

I help my clients to achieve their fitness related goals by giving them as many tools possible to do so. We don't just take into account the time we are with the client, we put things in place via Google Drive and interactive coaching sheets to make sure you are help accountable and are always working towards your goal. We have weekly check ins to ensure the client is always on track!

Consistency. There is no two ways about it - you can have the best programme in the world, but if you don't stick to it; it won't work! Its about finding a programme that works for you, that you can comfortably stick to, and therefore get results! Hence why we tailor everything specifically to each individual.

Seeing peoples emotions when they get the results they've been working for. It's literally amazing.

my passion for fitness, and good nature to help people. This lead me to start coaching, and to try to build a service that was genuine. Since then, I've developed this into the want to take this further, bigger and make CONDITIONED into a successful business.

Because I absolutely have their best interests at the full front of everything I do. My goal is to get you results, simple as. I want to help as many people as I can, and I have always done so with the clients happiness in mind!
