Been training with cam for a while now. Before starting with cam always focused on cardio and classes trying to stay skinny. Hated weights as always felt week. Now i have totally changed my outlook on food and training i eat compleately different and train compleately different in fact i now love weights and much prefer having shape and strength rather than week and skinny.
