I started training here just over a week ago and boy, am I in pain! Not the bad kind of pain mind you, but the kind of pain that says "HECK YEAH, GIVE ME MORE! Conditioned is awesome. I train with my three sons there with Chris normally. He customizes the training for each age and ability (age range is 5 - 13) with fresh challenges, while always encouraging us. I love it, and there is no other gym in town, where I am able to train with my boys, which is really great bonding time for us, even though we are are performing completely different exercises. Brittany and I have been training in the daily camps at Conditioned by Kelly Tekin since January 2013. It's always great to go and workout because the atmosphere of the gym is like a family. Everyone helps to motivate each other and although the workouts are intense, it is so nice to just show up and get after it. The amount of lean body mass we have gain could not have been accomplished anywhere else. Thank you Kelly for designing great workouts and hiring such great trainers to help us reach our goals. The staff here is friendly and knowledgeable. I am a bit of a clean freak, but this place is always spotless. It never smells of sweat and equipment is readily available. However, the programming is really what keeps me coming here. It is individual specific and goals specific. When I workout it feels as though I always have a private training facility and personal trainers available to help me. This is one of the reasons I love smaller strength and conditioning facilities. This gym has all of the essentials, with non of the fluff. Furthermore, this is a USA Weightlifting certified facility, of which there are only 10 others in the state of New Mexico. I would recommend this facility to anyone ages 8 to 80. More...

Kelly knows what she is doing! When I started with Kelly I was on medications for blood pressure, cholesterol and I was borderline diabetic. Now, from proper exercise and a specific nutrition plan designed by Kelly geared to my needs, I slowly decreased my medications with proper blood testing monitored through my cardiologist, and I am no longer on any medications. The first thing you will noticed just by walking in is the training staff unlocking the door and greeting by your name with a big smile. The people that work out are their are so friendly as well.Very friendly positive HARDCORE GYM I ever worked out at. I just love this gym. It's a killer work out, but more than that Kelly and her husband, Jesus, are excellent personal trainers. I started coming to this gym about a year and a half ago, and did the conditioning camp to improve my tennis fitness. The biggest change in my body occurred when I joined the weight lifting camp about 6 months ago. These work outs have truly transformed my body for the better. I love coming in with an empty head and being shown work out (series of super sets) to do on my own for that day. I just finished a 2 week challenge where I was given a diet and workouts. I lost body fat, real weight, increased lean muscle and it was fun. Come! I would recommend this gym to anyone. More...

Conditioned is a gym unlike any other in Albuquerque. The equipment alone inside the gym is unique and so are the programs Kelly creates for each client. The gym is never overcrowded and the trainers make sure to pay extra attention to any injuries you might have. As you start working out there you'll find that you start forming lots of mini goals because it won't take long for you to see improvements in your speed, balance, power, and just amount of weight you are able to lift. There is a difference between working out and pushing yourself to your physical limits, especially for a specific sport. I initially began training at Conditioned by Kelly Tekin to improve my military physical training score. In less than six months of structured training under her professional guidance, I not only excelled at this task, but achieved a greater than perfect score. The circuit training style she employs is not for everyone, trust me its tough. I really cannot say enough good things about Conditioned! Kelly Tekin is the real deal! I have been training at Conditioned since November 2012. In the first month alone, I lost 8% body fat! Kelly performs each workout herself before she prescribes it for her clients. Each client is given an individualized nutrition plan. Each client receives individualized workout plans from Kelly herself. Kelly trains professional athletes and MMA fighters. But do not be intimidated by that. If you are like me and simply want to get back in shape and haven't seen the inside of a gym for a while, this place is also for you. I started out having difficulty doing more than a few push ups at a time. I recently performed a workout where I ended up doing 100 push ups and 100 squats!!. Try them out, you won't regret it!!!! All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and tailor the exercises to your level. Everybody is friendly and encouraging. I love, love, love this place!!! More...
