We have used Concord's services twice for mom and have always been impressed and pleased with the services they provide. All staff are reliable, courteous, professional and very caring which is most important to us. Each time I called to set up services, they were able to start within a few hours! Very Helpful company. I recent inquired about services for my great grandmother with concord, i had a wonderful conversation with the director Lori Coia. she helped explain what her services would benefit my GG's needs. unfortunately they did not have available staff but lori provided me with a list of other companies and contact information that would be able to help me out, and even mentioned that if they have the availability she would reach out and see if i needed services still, was a very nice woman to speak with and sympathetic to our needs, and extremely helpful in our search for home care services.
