I been a customer for a couple years now and am admittedly computer challenged. Jason worked last week to identify and fix an issue with reaching several common websites which turned out to be a DNS issue created by my Comcast modem. I received a call back within an hour of leaving my message and Jason got right on it. Jason was able to download a new, very reasonably priced, virus/malware program which will send him reports. My laptop just froze out of the blue yesterday. Took it in by the afternoon. They made NO guarantees that they could turn it around quickly, because they were so slammed, but by 5:30pm, I got an email saying it was done. Amazing. Needed it.

I work at a non-profit downtown, which previously had IT services "donated" to us.  This sometimes worked to our advantage (because the service was free), but at other times it worked against us, because the donor would take their time in getting to resolving our issues.  After several weeks of less-than-reliable wireless, we decided to pony up and hire a company, and one of the employees recommended Concise.  They came in, replaced our wireless router, and even gave us a "not-for-profit" discount!  We have been smooth sailing ever since, and I would strongly recommend them to others who work for non-profit organizations (they seem to service quite a few around town, based upon what the technician was saying). Jeff is an excellent troubleshooter.  He always seems to be able to figure out the root cause of my computer problem before I can even finish describing it.  I appreciate that he explains how to prevent problems from recurring and takes the time to write out instructions in case I ever encounter the same (or similar) issues.  I have also spoken with other members of the Concise team, and it is truly refreshing to experience such professional, amiable customer service.   They are patient with me even when my questions are trivial.  Overall, I am very impressed with the quality, timeliness, and consistency from the staff at Concise. Concise services computers at my office, and they're often able resolve problems via a remote program. When my home computer developed problems, I decided to give them a try. Not only did they pick up my computer at my office, they also dropped it back off when they were finished. They resolved the problems quickly, were able to back up and restore the data on my computer, and added programs to keep it running well. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I used these people to fix my parents computer.  Brandon was my technician and it was top notch service from the get go. I suppose it wasn't even how they fixed the computer itself as I'm sure they're all micro genuises, but it was they way they handled my mom when she called them a hundred times with redundant questions.So even though my computer problem was probably some elementary shit that these guys figured out how to write the binary code for on their lunch breaks in elementary school they treated her as if she was a Fortune 500 company CEO that had a retainer fee with them. Mad respect and patience. Also when we received the computer back from them (we had a ton of virus's and saving data issues) they printed out a sheet of instructions for my mom on how to perform scheduled maintenance on the computer- With EXPLICT instructions to call them ANYTIME for ANYTHING.  Written in normal people speak to boot! Gotta love that! No more phone calls to me about errors that keep popping up. Turn around time was sick quick. The location was easy to find and I was in and out in no time. Even though it is in bougeouis Bloomfield Hills and I try not to go North that far on Woodward , it was worth the trip.  Well Done. More...

I have been using Concise Computer Consulting for about 5 years now. Jeff and his staff are extremely knowledgeable on basically all things computer related. They have serviced my computers as well as my network remotely and I have been performing optimally for years. Not to mention the priceless software/hardware/electronics recommendations I get from Concise.I have recommended other businesses to Concise and they have raved about how great their service and support is.I run my business out of my home office.
