We decided to hire Alex to do some photos from the shower that she could integrate into her album. He not only took the most amazing photos, but he blended right in with the party ( so as not to be in the way) and made my daughter extremely pleased with the outcome of the photo collection. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Great photographs are rarely taken, more often they are created. There is no secret to creating a great photograph. A great photograph requires planning, the right light and lighting for the intended finished image, and application of knowledge, judgement and creativity base on all of the experience of the photographer. To that end, we are constantly learning from the original great photographers to contemporary leaders in the digital revolution. For portraits and events, and any commercial assignment it is important to understand the needs of the customer, the deliverables required of the session, and the story the photographs must tell.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
How are the photographs of the session going to be used?
What story do you want the photographs to tell?
What can you tell us about yourself, your family, your organization or the place you would like us capture for you?
What do you love most about your job?
I love collaborating with clients to create a body of work that spans generations. For a corporate or charity event, I seek to capture the spirit of the event and capture the people and personalities of the attendees so the images represent the organization and people, and attract new people as employees or contributors.
For family events like weddings, mitzvahs, and communions, I have the opportunity to create a record of family and friends now to share with future children and grand children. What can be better than that?
What inspired you to start your own business?
Photography is a very personal service and I have always found photographs created when the photographer and client know each other and have a relationship. When working for other companies, I seldom met or spoke to a client before arriving, and find that is no longer the case as I consult with all clients before a session or event.

You are my focus when I work for you. That is true from the initial consultation, at your session or event, and when creating your albums or prints. I am a very experienced photographer, photoshop expert, great with your guests and am dedicated to providing the best photographs and service for you at reasonable cost.

Corporate Headshots
On-location headshots for associations and professional offices such as medical and law practices, real estate and insurance agencies. Progressive pricing from $100 down to $75, with options for interior business accent photos and drone shots for the website. Replacing stock photos with your company assets makes your business shine.
Headshots and Portfolios for Actors and Models
We have 2 60 minute packages for our Model and Actor headshot clients.
Package one - Studio or Location session with 4 retouched images for $450.
Package two - Studio or Location session with all images, color corrected and adjusted, but not retouched, for $650.
