About

CCS Commercial Cleaning was born when I recognised the need for a high-quality commercial cleaner which could be trusted to carry out reliable work for businesses which needed a premium cleaning service.

Every time I spoke to business owners about their cleaning requirements I heard the same complaints about cleaning companies.

I was most impressed with the work done by Concept cleaning, my roof, gutters and facia boards are gleaming as is my conservatory.
The man doing the work was very pleasant , helpful and tidy. I use concept Cleaning for my windows and have done for years, I will definitely use them again for the rest of my outdoor cleaning needs.

Our windows have never looked so clean, they even did our summerhouse. Would definitely recommend as being a top class reasonably priced service.

A roof is more than just a protective shield; it's a reflection of your property's overall health. At CCS Commercial Cleaning, we take roof cleaning to the next level.

Using a combination of eco-friendly steam cleaning and Softwashing, we address both surface-level stains and deep-seated organic growth.

For those who demand a truly environmentally-friendly approach, steam cleaning is the natural choice. Using the power of superheated steam, this technique gets rid of moss and algae without the need for chemicals.

Render, while offering a sleek, colourful finish to buildings, is prone to discolouration and organic growth. As with roof cleaning, we can use our low-pressure steam cleaning to clean your render, dissolving the grime to let the original render colour shine through.

Our specialised Softwashing technique is another antidote to discoloured, weather-stained render. By using low-pressure water combined with a cleaning solution, we can gently dissolve contaminants without risking damage to the render’s surface.

Whichever technique you choose — environmentally-friendly steam cleaning or Softwash — the outcome is a vibrant, clean render that looks almost as good as new, enhancing your property's curb appeal.

Bricks, with their textured and porous nature, can become a hotspot for dirt accumulation and moisture retention. Our eco-friendly steam cleaning approach is designed to address this challenge head-on.

The steam penetrates the bricks’ pores, lifting away trapped dirt, salts, and efflorescence. This not only revitalises the appearance of the brick, but also ensures its structural integrity, preventing potential issues like spalling or cracking due to the effects of the damp climate.

Stone and masonry are timeless materials, and are a major part of the architectural legacy of Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth is noted for its stone buildings, especially those built of limestone.

But stone and masonry require a delicate touch, and need specialised care to maintain their appearance. Cornwall and Devon contains many stone-built properties in need of cleaning, from small stone cottages to large commercial and public properties.

Gutters play a pivotal role in directing rainwater away from your property, but they can easily become clogged with leaves, twigs, and debris. Gutters being blocked by moss can also be a problem, especially in the damp climate of Cornwall and Devon, where moss can grow rapidly.

Blocked gutters can cause major damage to your property, as the rainwater flows down the wall, causing damp walls. In some cases, the water can enter the roof space beneath the eaves, and cause expensive damage to the roof structure.
