I needed a carpet clean ASAP as the previous tenants left the flat we were moving into in a very bad way. I contacted Concept Cleaning Projects and was contacted that evening. They scheduled us in the next morning, gave us an itemised invoice and time frame for all the jobs they could do for us. They completed the jobs we needed doing (carpet clean and skirting board clean) in a timely and efficient manner and let me know when they were approaching the end of the job. Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We like our clients to be able to put their minds at ease, so we come prepared with all the necessary supplies and equipment. We also use new cloths for each job and ensure they are colour coordinated so we do not cross-contaminate when cleaning different rooms.
What do you love most about your job?
