Really impressed. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient and kept me updated on how my laptop was doing. Very affordable prices. Will definitely be recommending to anyone with computer or laptop issues. I have been to computrix twice now and both times they have fixed my laptop and cleaned it so it looks as good as new. Excellent service. My iMac hard drive failed, and so I looked for a local company to get it sorted out. I'm glad I went to Computrix as they were able to replace the drive with a minimum of fuss, and at a reasonable price. Recommended !

I can't praise Computrix highly enough. They did more than was necessary for my repair, including spending a longer time than they charged for on the phone helping sort my problem. Attention Apple Users. It doesn't get much better than this. Fast and efficient service and reasonable pricing. On their advice my iMac 27" was fitted with a fusion drive - i now have blistering performance and at least another 5 years of use. Took my laptop to the shop because it wasn't booting up, but it booted up the first time when Computrix tried. Gurminder did all the checks to make sure everything was well and then didn't charge me anything for the checks! I'll certainly be back for my future computer needs :) More...

Went in to get my laptop checked as it was dead for a few weeks, brilliant guy Gurminder he checked my laptop and it sprang to life, although the laptop did start up he still made it a point to do all the necessary checks and didn’t charge me anything!! Highly recommend this shop.

I have been using Computrix for my computer related problems for the past 7 years. So my view is from a longstanding experience with them. The firm needs six star rating. Most businesses look at their profit they make; but the owner of Computrix treat their customers as everyone who deserves very reasonable price for his services.Then a note about quality of service and repairs ; excellent. Always reliable. Your problems are explained to you in way you could easily understand. Options of repairs are given keeping in mind the primary goal is the customers' cost and benefits. This place stands out as a service provider who is better than five star dealers like Apple, HP etc. More...

What can I say; I have known Gurminder since I arrive to England 6 years ago. In all of this time Gurminder and his team they have never disappoint me.
They had always delivered a solution tailor to my problem.
The more I visit them the less I need them. Them answers are honest and always prepare you for what is going to happened in the near future with you equipment like a true IT Guru.
Is for this that I have never hesitated to recommend them to all my friends and now to anyone that read this review.
With a team like Gurminder team, stress and anxiety with computers is something from the passed.

I went to Apple when i spilt water on my laptop and was told by a staff member at the Genius bar that it would be an £800. 00 repair, which is the almost the cost of a new laptop. I was shocked by the price so thought i would look else where. Computrix specialise in liquid damage so i decided to give them ago. The staff were so friendly, they ran a diagnostic and told me within 5 minutes it would be a £150.00 pound fix. I took my sick macbook pro to computrix, after the Apple store told me it required a new logic board, keyboard and trackpad. The cost of doing this was over £500.00I was recommnded computrix, by a friend who has used this place for years.They fixed everything for less than 1/2 the price I was originally quoted and in less time than I originally waited for a genuis bar appointment.Highly Recommended More...
