John Reed is the best computer specialist I have ever known. He is very reasonable and very knowledgeable. John keeps up with the latest technology.
In today's world with so many viruses and so many hackers it is vital to constantly monitor all of your ccmputers. Many of us don't have the time to do that. All it would take is to open up one innocent looking email that turns out to be the wrong one to give you a virus. John does an outstanding job in monitoring my computers. He is an expert at what he does. I never worry about viruses or hackers because of John's knowledge and dedication. If something ever goes wrong you can bet that John will be there for you. No matter what if it has to do with a computer John Reed is incredible. Why go anywhere else? Whether is comes to your business or your personal computing you can be sure that John will take care of you. He proudly stands behind everything that he does. I know that I can only rate him 5 stars (superior). But if I could I would change that rating to TEN STARS. I highly recommend him for any kind of computer service.

John @ Computers and web sites has taken care of our computers (laptop, dell tablet and tower) for about three years. His service is very affordable and his response time is immediate. We can reach him on the first phone call and he takes care of our problems right away. Also with his service our computers are always running at maximum speed and efficiency and are secure. I am and always will be computer illiterate. Thankfully I met John Reed several years ago and he has saved my bacon more times than I can count. He ALWAYS responds immediately…nights, weekends included. Sometimes it’s a simple fix and others required new hard drives and recovering data that I thought was long gone. His knowledge is amazing, and you could not find better customer service anywhere…and I know that for a fact having spent 35 years in business and having so called experts leave me worse off than when I called them.
