Computer genius

I came across the shop as I drive past it almost everyday. I took the number from there sign board. Gave them a call about my apple MacBook Pro which was showing a no entry sign. They advised me it could be a software issue with Mojave OS X high Sierra or maybe something with the hard drive. Well in the end when I took it to them it was a simple hard drive cable problem and they traced the issue within 10 minutes. Job all done in £50. Great woke and effort. I am leaving a well deserved 5 star review, firstly computer genius rectified my laptop problem for free and secondly they fixed it free of cost! My screen was upside down and I took it to other places they said it will cost £35-£45 to get a new windows re installed. I took my HP g6 laptop here and they fixed it in 2 minutes by just pressing 2 keys and taught me how to rotate the screen around. I pretty much rely on these guys to get my customers MacBook data recovered sometimes I bring in 2-3 macs for them and they get it back to me in 3-4 days which is great effort. was recommended by a friend to use this repair shop. It was a very good experience. I messed up my own laptop by opening it up and tried to fix it myself. I made it even worse by ripping off a few cables. I gave them a call and they said just bring it over and not to worry about the screws or anything else. High quality work, top understanding and knowledge of laptop repair. Got my HP laptop 15.6” slim screen replaced from computer genius. Took in my laptop about mid afternoon, they had the screen in stock and got it replaced for me under 30 minutes. I am happy with repair work done. Glad I found this place! I have received exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you are looking for some one who would aim to fix your dead MacBook within a day! I would say that the price is also very reasonable. I just went in without an appointment, they did a quick diagnosis of my MacBook and discovered that the power button was the issue, therefore they fitted a new keyboard for me and I was reunited with my MacBook Pro the very next day! Must let every one know that this place is top class. My laptop fell from the stairs this morning, called the gentlemen and he said bring it in will get it fixed for you. Took my laptop in and guess what Got all my data transferred into a 32gb usb stick within an hour. Who can beat this service? Absolutely incredible.
