Everyone at Computer Division takes their job seriously and passionately. However, their professional caliber never gets in the way of being friendly and warm. They balance all these qualities effortlessly enough to warrant Computer Division as a 'one-stop-shop' for 'any one' - with 'any sense'. My brother and I hired Computer Division to help build gaming computers. I came in to replace a swollen battery and the staff were all very nice and made sure to explain everything to me. I felt that I was being helped by kind and honest people, which was relieving because I have been scammed in the past in situations were I am not an expert on the service. I was charged significantly less than what I was originally quoted (a fair price in my opinion) and my laptop was ready four days earlier than expected. Took my niece’s MacBook in last week for a screen repair and left the shop confident it would be looked at and investigated professionally and honestly, having had the run around from Apple previously over a warranty issue. Although the screen had to be ultimately replaced (too far gone), I was pleased to learn that the repair engineers at CD had firstly considered more common issues and would have repaired it more simply, had it been possible. The replacement screen has been fitted very well to a high standard fit/finish, with no damage to the casing. All the staff have also been extremely courteous throughout. Would certainly recommend Computer Division and will def. consider returning for a new laptop purchase later in the year over the ‘big box’ stores.
