Took a very sad inaccessible computer in for repair after Dell said data from a faulty hardrive couldnt be recovered! Martin is a star! I couldn't get the new charger I'd bought to charge up my Chromebook and not even PC World could figure out the problem. Martin took in my Chromebook and I called him the next day and he told me he could fix the charger socket for just £35! So I was extremely happy that my beloved Chromebook was fixed. Martin also looked at my little Dell netbook whilst I was in the shop to collect my Chromebook to see if he could upgrade the RAM ( but it can't take more than 1GB). He gave me some information on its system specs that was very helpful. I recommend this computer repair shop very highly and will always go here now if I need computer repairs/upgrades. More...

Took my girlfriends laptop in as she dropped a deodorant can on the keyboard and it wouldn't load windows! The computer clinic changed the hard drive as it was faulty and reinstalled windows at an amazing price, will definitely go again!

I dropped my laptop whilst on holiday and cracked the screen/could not get the computer to boot up part the first start-up screen. I was worried that I may have broken both my screen and hard-drive. On the first day after my holiday I took my laptop to the Computer Clinic on London Road. I dropped it off about 10:30am in the morning and paid the £10 deposit required to get it checked over. Less than 1 hour later I recieved a phone call saying my laptop was fixed and only the screen needed replacing. The cost (including the deposit fee was around £80). I initially thought they had called the wrong customer as they were so quick! When I went back to the shop (less than 2 hours after dropping it off) my laptop was sat waiting for me and fully functional. I could not have asked for a quicker and more professional service. If I am ever unfortunate enough to break my laptop again then I will be sure to head straight back to the Computer Clinic. More...
