Complexe Santé Jean-Talon Ouest

Je vois Mathilde Hervieux, ostéopathe, au Complexe depuis plus de 2 ans et elle est tout simplement extraordinaire! Outre Sean Lewis, c'est selon moi l'une des meilleures à Montréal que j'ai essayé et je fais de l'ostéo depuis 15 ans. Ses traitements durent 1 heure et demie et me font un bien immense. Je souffre de hernies discales lombaires et thoraciques assez rares et si je peux marcher, c'est grâce à elle parce que les orthopédistes ne peuvent pas opérer. D'ailleurs, tout le personnel de la clinique est formidable, je vous les recommande chaudement! Merci à Jean-Félix et Olivier d'avoir réuni une si belle équipe. Besides Sean Lewis, she is, in my opinion, one of the best in Montréal and I have been going to osteopaths for more than 15 years. I suffer from lombar disk AND quite rare thoracic disk hernias. En rentrant pour la première visite, j'avais des douleurs au bas du dos; je ne pouvais pas me pencher trop vers l'arrière sans avoir mal et je ne pouvais pas courir de longue distance. Lorsque je suis venue voir Mathilde (ostéopathe), je souffrais d'une commotion cérébrale. Je voyais flou, mes bras étaient engourdis et j'avais des acouphènes qui me torturaient. Une séance après, j'ai remarqué les améliorations. Je me sentais mieux et je n'avais plus aucune douleur physique. I saw Mathilde (ostheopath) for recurring hip pain. This was not the first osteopath I saw for this problem so I was not overly optimistic. I came in following a mild injury after soccer, I was offered an appointment quickly and had a physio session with Olivier Lam who is friendly, very knowledgeable, professional, and who gave me a list of exercises adapted to my circumstances and injury (was going to go travel in a few days). He answered all my questions and also made sure to take the time to explain my diagnosis and the exercises. I quickly felt the results of the exercises and saw the improvement right after the session. Amazing! I highly recommend this clinic as it’s conveniently located near the metro or the highway 15.
