Really impressed with the professional and faultless service from Complex Systems Direct. After my MacBook Air failed to turn on a few weeks after a small water spill, I gave my laptop in for inspection. After a couple of days I was both emailed and texted the outcome and the costs, and then proceeded with the repair. The whole process took less than a week, and I was regularly updated along the way. Never ever go to an approved Apple repair center they will either say it cant be repaired or it will cost a min of £500 no matter whats at fault, always use and independent repair center like Complex Systems. The service these guys give is very very good-- had a problem they sorted it -- short while later had another problem -- again they sorted it thing is they up and told me the 2 problems were connected so they should have sorted it first time about ,so i was not charged a penny for the second visit and this was after they had a good fiddle with it thing is i would have been none the wiser so yes there is great pride in what they do and the service is all you could wish for

Had to have the keyboard replaced on my laptop due to water splashing on the top. Complex systems diagnosed, ordered the parts and repaired it in 4 days and kept me informed via text/email throughout. After the diagnostic test they inform you of the cost and have the option to pull out if you don't want to go ahead. Although I do not have a great deal of experience regarding computer repairs, I thought this was repaired at very reasonable price, I believe they are trustworthy and I would not consider going anywhere else.
