Zach and I wanted to say thank you so much to Alex, Brandy and Kara for capturing our special day and enduring the rain and cold, and our party-hard friends! You were all so friendly and accommodating and clear professionals. Also a big thank you to Jay the DJ for making sure the reception went perfectly. The photographers and videographers endured the cold and rain with us for hours and had a smile on their faces the entire time. Alex was very flexible and had some amazing ideas for photos in the rain, Brandy made sure everyone was where they needed to be and looked nice in all the pictures, and Kara was there filming every single shot no matter how cold she was or how squished she was on the bus! The service was great from beginning to end. The online event manager was easy to use and made planning easy.

They did my friend's wedding, and I had a really good time. The DJ was a fun and chill lady who came onto the floor to help us remember various dances like Cooper Head Road and The Bikers Shuffle! She took requests and then actually played them, compared to many DJs I've seen. She even asked the bride for feedback like "Hey, whatcha think about more country? Jon from Complete Weddings was our DJ and he was fantastic. We met with him before the big day to map out a reception timeline, go over our favorite songs, and sort out little details that we hadn’t even thought of yet. The services I used from them were DJ, photo booth, and videographer! I was super happy with all three. The photo booth lady, Anna was super nice! The videographer Lucas was very good! And the DJ, Justin was amazing! The DJ was training another guy and even he was amazing. I was most impressed with the DJ! He got up and danced with us and was super nice!! "Everything was on time, staff was professional, engaging and fun! I felt like the DJ - Bruce was super awesome and engages my guests. We used Complete Weddings & Events for our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception last weekend. John Groves was our DJ. He was absolutely first rate! He was in touch with us multiple times before the wedding to make sure he understood our wishes. At the reception, he was polite, fun, kept the evening moving on schedule and played all the music we had requested him to play. He helped to make the evening wonderful for our kids, all while working under difficult conditions of a non-air conditioned event. Mitch was great! He made everything run smoothly, did everything we wanted and more. He catered to every request we had, big and small alike. Complete weddings + events was everything we needed for our wedding day. We worked with Rachel and she was very helpful. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars, is that everything was very last minute. I guess they contract out DJs and he didn't contact me until a week before the wedding. I had our ceremony music all chosen and it was a bit stressful to make sure everything was going to go as planned. If I would change anything, it would be to have DJs set up a phone consult in advance so that couples are stress free about the ceremony music and anything else they need. Other than that, our DJ did a great job! The music was all perfect and he was wonderful to work with. We had James Septoe, 100% recommend him! Complete Wedding and Events Manhattan was amazing to work with! We bundled everything with them and it made planning so simple! Scott and Tara were always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we were comfortable with everything. Tony and Jacob crushed Photography and Videography on the big day and truly captured our character, love, and vintage theme! DJ Domingo was involved with the crowd and made sure we had everything we needed at all times! He played all the groovy songs we requested! The Photo Booth was a big hit with our guests and we now have a photo album, courtesy of Complete, of everyone's goofy pictures to look back on! We chose Shey to be our DJ. We chose her because of her bubbly, funny and outgoing personality. Complete Wedding + Events are so on top of things. They were in contact even over the 9 month period of when we signed with them before the wedding. Shey set up a meeting with us to get all of our details planned out and she was beyond helpful. The day of our wedding, we knew that Shey would be perfect for our day but she was so much more than perfect. She kept the dance floor poppin, our guests laughing, and us content. She checked on us multiple times throughout the night to make sure that we didn’t need anything. Complete Wedding + Events also did our photo booth. We were referred to complete weddings by a friend who was starting to work there doing videography. Between booking, and the actual wedding date, there was a change and we got assigned a new videographer. We were not let down. Matt, our videographer, did an AMAZING job. The short film has been on loop for weeks. We were blown away with the quality of the video, and the edits. With the short film, we also received the raw footage. We are so thankful for the quality of the video, as well as the content. We hired Complete weddings and Events for their DJ service. Our DJ was Andrew, and he was great. They have a form you can fill out to inform your DJ of your preferences. We met with Andrew beforehand to go over everything and he was responsive, polite, and flexible. Everyone seemed to enjoy the music at the reception, and he provided microphones and sound equipment for our outdoor ceremony. (We had a separate string quartet for the ceremony and reception.) Our venue was hour and half north and they were willing to travel. Michael is THE MAN. If you get your choice of a DJ- do not think twice about getting Michael. We received many compliments during our wedding about how he was the best wedding DJ that they’ve ever seen (and we agree). The dance floor was packed from beginning to end. We told him our vision for the wedding and he made it come true. He was also very flexible with our music selection and requests. He is not the kind of DJ that just sits back and presses play. We used 4 services from this company for our wedding- videography, DJ, uplighting & photobooth. Below is a review of each service!
Video: COMPLETE offered the most competitive prices/packages that we could find for our area. Our videographer was Lucas. Lucas also had another videographer training with him on the day of the wedding. Both videographers were very kind & worked hard to capture all the important details of our day. They did a great job of respecting our space & not being a distraction at the ceremony or reception. We just got our video & we are so impressed with the final product! They captured our day perfectly & it’s so fun to get to relive it through the video COMPLETE has created for us!
DJ: Justin Ward was our DJ & he was incredible!! Justin did an amazing job of playing music that reflected what we had requested, as well as choosing songs that kept people on the dance floor all night long. He was also really interactive with us & our guests, including leading/teaching line dances throughout the night. We have had so many people comment to us about what a great DJ we had at our wedding & we couldn’t agree more!
Uplight: COMPLETE helped direct us to what lighting options might look best for the color scheme of our wedding. Whoever did the lighting did a combo of light pink and blue which looked awesome - both in person & in photos. It definitely added to the fun mood of the reception venue. Photobooth: The only disappointment we had regarding he photobooth was that there was an issue with the printer at some point during the night and the attendant had to leave the reception to go get more paper. We understand that these things happen sometimes, but were a bit bummed, because few people used the booth after that, thinking it was closed for the night. All in all, we are glad we chose to have the photobooth and have really enjoyed looking at all the photo strips in the scrapbook that the attendant made for us! More...
