Complete Staffing Solutions is a great company to work for! Everyone I met was very nice and professional. I worked mostly with Jennifer and she is super nice and you can really trust her. I wanted temp to perm and she told me she would never put me at a company that wasn't looking to hire a permanent person and she was true to her word. I interviewed with several temp agencies in the Manchester area and Complete Staffing was the best one. They take the time to learn about you and find a good fit for you personally. They also seems to have great relationships with local businesses because they had an abundance of clerical jobs open when I was working with them (some agencies had 0). I had been applying to jobs in droves when out of nowhere I got a call from Gina from Complete Staffing. She liked my resume and offered to help find me a job. In less than 24 hours, she found several that fit what I was looking for (including what kind if job and my pay restrictions). She set me up with an interview and eve spoke highly of me to get me in the door.From there sue continued to stay in touch with me, offer resources if I needed questions asked, and was very supportive. Best place ever!!! I updated my resume online and the Branch Manager called with a job opportunity he had the every next day. A few days later they set up an interview with the company and a day later after the interview I got a job offer. I have been working with sarina L. (Out of the marlborough Ma office).  Sarina tried really hard to find me the right position. I am now in a placement I absolutely love. I have worked under several different temp agencies in the past and this one is by far the best! Omg no idea how this place got a negative review (seems bad ones are outdated). I went to the Lincoln office in RI and have spoken to the Mass office and both were amazing. In Lincoln, Andrea and Anthony helped assist me with getting set up into a position at A Healthcare facility which is extremely competitive. Working with Jen M. at Complete Staffing (out of the Lincoln, RI office) has been a wonderful experience. I was contacted by Anthony at complete staffing in the middle of Dec of 2013He told me of a position in Worcester that he thought I would be a good fit. That was 3 months ago. I am still in this position as a Supervisor and the people here are great. He could not have found me a better company to be a part of. I think my only gripe is that he wasn't the best at getting back via phone but anyone there who answered the phone answered my questions brilliantly anyway. I think the people on here who left negative reviews may have thier own issues in getting employment. My recuiter said plain and simple "..if you don't hear from me, give me a call to check in and see what I may have..."You are not the only people out there looking for work. Can't expect to get matched with a staffing agency and just sit back and watch tv and let them do ALL the work. Get a clue ladies...its NOT all about you!! Thanks Complete Staffing!!
