Complete Estate Agents have been outstanding throughout the process. We had our property with another Agent for a number of months, who were unable to gain many viewings or secure a sale. Complete achieved this in a matter of weeks! Fantastic result. When we did sell, they also went out of their way to view their properties with us, even the Branch Manager took us out on a Saturday for viewings. The wonderful service we received constantly during our recent sale of our property was outstanding in every way. What an amazing company. I have been dealing with the Bovey Tracey office and Newton Abbot. Throughout the whole of my complicated purchase (not their fault at all) they have remained thoughtful & thorough. Their communication is excellent. I have just sold my house with a Complete and I have been most impressed with both their level of professionalism and customer care. Having tried to sell my property with another agent will little success, I spoke with Jan Viskoper with regards to my frustrations and within a couple of weeks a number of viewings were set up and the property was sold. We used Complete (Newton Abbot) to help us find a rental property to add to our portfolio. James helped us find this property, he was a joy to work with, polite, professional and with an element of fun he was great to work with. He listened to what we were after, and ensured that we were provided with the details of suitable properties (no silly "time wasting" properties. He ensured that our offer was accepted and the whole process was concluded swiftly and with the minimal of fuss. Emma then set about finding us suitable tenants, and they moved in just a few weeks after we had completed - just long enough for us to decorate the property! We recently bought a new house through Complete, from start to finish we had the best service from the team at Complete. They were always there to answer any questions and swiftly dealt with all enquiries. We had a couple of last minute requests to get into our new property to measure up for furniture and curtains, an appointment was quickly made and we measured up without delay.
