When I first came to Jon I had been in physio already for ten months. He was very confident and assured me he could help me fix my injuries. I was skeptical but then I quickly started seeing improvements. He told me within six months he'd have me rehabed to where I didn't need him anymore. Well after ONE MONTH my injury was rehabed and he had me lifting more after one month with him, compared to four years elsewhere. I was sold! Jon is very knowledgeable about everything fitness and the way your body works. He is very accommodating when it comes to schedule and of you tell him what you want/need he helps you with the tools to succeed in your fitness goal. I’ve been training with Jon for 2 months now and it’s been going well! He really knows his stuff and I definitely leave there feeling the burn. He is always switching things up too so I don’t get bored. My only complaint is that sometimes booking the next workout involves a lot of texting back and forth. Would love a better way to schedule my workout. Otherwise, I’m happy! More...

I needed help getting ready to pass a fitness test. Jon set out a plan and was very accommodating to my hectic work schedule. He made sure that I took the correct supplements and did what needed to be done outside of the workouts to build muscle. He always made sure I had the correct form so as not to get injured. I never went home feeling like I pulled something. Jon is very knowledgeable with health and fitness related questions and is very good at maintaining the motivation needed to complete the exercises.
