purchased an up and over automatic door from this company back in April 2004. Today, 13 years later, had a problem with the door not automatically opening, so phoned the company. Over the phone it was diagnosed that it needed its memory reprogrammed, which he talked me through. Problem fixed. Most companies would have taken the opportunity to charge a fortune for a call out fee to fix what turned out to be a simple problem.
