What do you love most about your job?
I love dealing with people and the satisfaction you get of helping a customer with their financial requirements. I enjoy being a part of a customers journey and love that our clients stay with us throughout the years coming back time and time again. It's great keeping in touch.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I saw a real niche gap in the market for outstanding customer service.

As a successful businesswoman, Tina has a great eye for opportunity and drive for success. Having worked in the mortgage industry for over seventeen years she feels it is important for clients to have access to the whole of market when looking for advice on mortgages. She is also able to provide advice on protection and insurance from a selected panel which is why she set up Complete Financial Centre. She also owns her own property portfolio, specialises in buy-to-let mortgages and financing.
