We had our drive and patio completed in March 2017 by CD designs. We are really pleased with the way it all looks the front driveway and our rear patio garden look amazing. I'm very happy with the whole experience so far especially the two guys who carried out the excavation before the concrete was laid, they were very considerate towards my immediate neighbours who were relieved to be untroubled by the excavation taking place at the front of my property adjacent to their driveway. They had just purchased a new car and were very complimentary about the fact they were at all times advised when work was to commence, therefore giving them the opportunity to temporarily relocate their car just for additional peace of mind, in their words great service., I agree. My rear garden area has been totally transformed from what was a total eyesore to an area I'm looking forward to making full use of as spring and summer approach. It's a huge relief to know I'll be able to sit out and enjoy the sunshine without ever having to negotiate rampant weeds, now or in the future. I first contacted these guys in November and they initially told me that they were busy with installations until the end of January, I was looking to sort out my driveway sooner than that but figured if they're booked up they must be good. I decided to organise a home visit and the sales person was really professional and friendly, a few days later they came back with a design plan and cost which seemed very reasonable. Luckily they had a cancellation and I managed to get the install done before Christmas :) They've done an excellent job and the whole experience of dealing with them was really painless. Patio laid in March 2018. Excellent job with very hardworking contractors. Seal 'bloomed' initially due to cold and wet weather so we took company's advice and waited for warmer weather to reseal. Now looks brilliant.

The men worked hard, but unfortunately 12months later I am still waiting for the sealant to be sorted. Noone seems to know what communication and customer service mean. Very disappointed.

The team were enthusiastic and extremely professional. Despite challenging conditions, they took great care to build the fence just as we had agreed, consulting with us to negotiate the steep gradient of the land.
The site was left tidy each evening and the lads were on time every day. We would have no hesitation in using Complete Driveway Design in the future.

I just wish there was a higher star rating! I saw an imprinted concrete drive local to where I live & it looked that smart I knocked on their front door & they told me it had been done by CD. I phoned & John came & gave a fair quote, he was very informative but not pushy. The icing on the cake was the two guys who came to do the job COLIN & MARK, they are AMAZING.Extremely professional, extremely hard working & very polite, with a great sense of humour. I don't know how much money they earn, but they are worth every penny! They are what Customer service is all about, nothing was too much trouble.
