Without a doubt the best Tipi Company in the UK. Phil, Jamie and their team were phenomenal. Communication upto the wedding was fast and any tiny detail (even the length and width of the tables) was not too much trouble. They worked with the venue staff and even told the toilet company where to put our posh loos. Arrived on site 3 days before the wedding and sent us loads of photos of the tipi going up as we couldn't get to site. When we arrived they added a few extra touches free of charge to make it even more special and left us our first Mr and Mrs card and a bottle of bubbly which we enjoyed on our own, in the tipi, with the sunset on our last day as Mr & Miss. cannot recommend serentipi enough and cannot speak any more highly of them. From the point of first enquiry Jamie was kind, friendly, informative and contactable when I had any questions. The booking process was easy and flexible. Liason with the site was fantastic. When the tipi arrived on the day I was bowled over by the calmness, friendliness and dedication of the staff. I was overwhelmed by the quality of the tipi and all the internal furnishings, all of a very high quality and exactly what we wanted. The tipi looked stunning. They did an amazing job catering at my wedding last weekend. Everyone at my wedding was commenting on how lovely the food was, and how beautiful the presentation was. The front of house team were so attentive and everything was so professional. I would 100% recommend complete catering service to anyone who is getting married or hosting a party, the fact that you didn't have to follow a set menu and I could create my own based on the theme of my wedding (Scottish and Yorkshire) was an added bonus. Literally from our first enquiry with Serentipi they couldn’t have been more helpful in creating our perfect wedding day! They responded to all our enquiries promptly and gave us time to chat through our ideas with them so that our wedding vision could become a reality . Having met Jamie and Phil at a wedding fair it was clear to see how enthusiastic they were about their work and ensuring they delivered quality products and top service. It was really easy to contact Serentipi and ask for photos of the tipis and ideas for interior decor which really helped us to plan the theme for our wedding day. They couldn’t have been more organised and they kept us informed throughout the process from booking, up until the wedding day. They liaised directly with our wedding venue which really helped reduce some of the wedding prep stress and we were thrilled with the final product. We first contacted Jamie whilst we were living in New Zealand and planning our Yorkshire Tipi Wedding, and knew immediately that we were in safe hands. It wasn’t until a year later that we first met, and Jamie just understood everything that we wanted for the day. We were absolutely blown away by Serentipi and all that they did for us leading up to our big day!! Even down to a few panics the day before the wedding, Jamie had it sorted within minutes! The Tipi’s are beautiful and totally made our rustic wedding reception! Jamie and Phil not only made our wedding day better than we ever imagined but they have also become great friends. We originally met them at at wedding fair and after looking at a range of different tipi companies we knew immediately that Serentipi was the company for us. Jamie and Phil were so approachable and helpful and they really did go the extra mile to do everything they could for us. Jamie was so chilled throughout the whole process and calmed me down every time I became a bridezilla. She added so many personal touches and really knew what was inside my head making the day perfect. We loved the tipi's and everyone commented on how beautiful the venue was. My recommendation would be to not to try and get other things yourself to make it cheaper and to do everything with Jamie and Phil. It prevents so much stress and pressure and the cost is totally worth it in the end. We couldn't have wished for a better couple and company to work with to make our day the best it could be. Jamie and Phil are incredible... Forget any other Tipi provider because these guys are the BEST! We had our Tipi wedding in June last year and thanks these guys it was perfect and magical and beyond anything we could have hoped for! Complete catering service provided our wedding food and I’ve got to say how amazing it was. Not only were the staff very helpful the previous day including helping with setting up the venue but also polite and friendly on the day itself. The quantity and quality of food was superb. Unlike some previous weddings I have attended the amount of food you got for the price is excellent and all of our guests commented on how nice the food was and how full they felt afterwards! As our reception was in a tipi I wondered if anything would be compromised however the way they served everyone’s food in such a timely manner and professional way was just fantastic, nothing was at fault. Jamie made communication so easy, living away from our venue could have been tricky, but she was so accommodating and met up whenever we were home. Meetings were more like a catch up with a friend, hugs and coffees before dreaming big and planning the day. Not only do they know their stuff about tipis but recommended so many local companies and wedding ideas that fit our theme perfectly. Watching the tipis go up was the most exciting thing and seeing them go was heartbreaking. They look incredible are so much bigger than they seem. We fit 90 guest comfortably in our 2 hat tipis, with the bar, stage and present tables too. My favourite part of the experience... Having Jamie and Phil as wedding guests and not suppliers. I recently attending my friends wedding hosted by Serentipi. My wife and I cannot express how much we enjoyed the whole experience. The tipi was dressed so beautiful, the soft lighting and centrally positioned fire pit were breathtaking. The food and service was excellent. Danielle, Dominic and the team at Complete Catering provided the canapes, the wedding breakfast and evening food for our wedding at Thoresby Courtyard and Riding Hall on 27th July 2017 (sorry for the delay in reviewing! ). It was really important to us that everything at our wedding was personal to use, rather than a 'flat pack' wedding, therefore we took the time to choose vendors that allowed us to have exactly what we wanted. This is one of the great things about Complete Catering - whatever you want, they can do! We chose to pay for a tasting, which I was definitely recommend. They are happy to make the smallest of changes (e.g. no bone in the chicken) which you wouldn't think of when ordering the meal. The other great thing about Complete Catering is that they don't put minimum order quantities on the canapes and evening meal, which alot of venue caters did. For example one venue we looked at you had to provided food for 100% of your evening guests, which given that the majority have had a 3 course wedding breakfast a few hours earlier is silly and a waste of money! There was also no service charge for offering course options to your guests, you just pay the meal cost for the meal you order, whereas another venue wanted to charge an extra £3.50 per head if we wanted to offer menu options even though the meals were the same cost and of course would be ordered in advance! The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is that the communication with Complete Catering does need improving. Thankfully as we went and ate the food, and our wedding planner at Thoresby had worked with Complete many times we knew they would turn up on the day and provide gorgeous food. However, emails did often take a while to get responses and quotes/invoices would need chasing. Thank you for making sure we were suitably stuffed on our wedding day Danielle, Dominic and team! We booked Complete Catering for a party (they don't just cater for weddings!). Danielle came up with an amazing menu based on our specific requests, and was a pleasure to work with. The food was delivered to our home, presented beautifully, and absolutely delicious (especially the desserts!) In fact - there was nothing left at the end of the night! All the dirty crockery was boxed up and picked up in the morning, so we didn't even have to do the washing up. Pleasantly surprised at the cost; great value for money. We had Complete Catering make all our food this weekend for our wedding and honestly it is the best wedding food we have ever had! Everyone was so full after the main but the deserts looked too good to miss out on so they eat them up too! All the food was beautiful. All our guests kept saying all night how nice the food was.
