I have worked for Complete Care since June 2016. I applied for a job at Complete care after gaining my qualification and wanting to take a leap from care worker to management. Complete care gave me the chance to be a line manager with my own area to manage and I'm extremely thankful for this. The support I have received from Management to grow in my role has been amazing and supportive, we are a family. Complete care are a company that go above and beyond for service users and employees.
