Complete Calm is a perfect business name as this is exactly what Fiona offers. We started with a fact finding session to determine my general health, wellbeing, exercise and any issues Fiona could help with.
This consultation enabled Fiona to tailor the massage to my needs.
Background music was by choice. My legs were placed over a bolster which released the pressure from my lower back. My back was my target area and the massage was very thorough. Fiona has an amazing touch. The experience was very relaxing and I could happily have fallen asleep at the end.
Fiona gave me tips for keeping my back in good shape and 2 weeks later the pain is no more.
I would highly recommend Fiona whether you are looking for an effective treatment for a specific issue or just for relaxation/pampering. I will be back.
