"Value-add" services is an aspect I try to provide always: 60 min sessions instead of 50 mins. I always remember where we left off the previous session for effective momentum of purposeful efforts for solutions and progress/development. An Action Plan is developed from first session going forward, adaptable to needs and developments during our efforts together. I always strive to serve client's individual needs the best possible.
What do you love most about your job?
I am honored when trusted by others to partner in any initiative towards their greater happiness, satisfaction, and well-being. I value the opportunity to provide influence for improvement in other's lives. I benefit, too, as I share in other's efforts for enhancing their lives. Their victories renew and inspire me!
As in the parable of the child trying to save thousands of starfish on the beach by throwing them back into the sea one by one, if I can help make a difference in one person's life by serving, it is worth it.
It has been a privilege to help enhance the lives of many, save some wonderful marriages and families past struggle, increase people's self-esteem, and provide solutions to pain and frustrations for others as a few examples.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I've had positive experiences contracting and working with others, yet I often felt limited and restricted in my abilities to help others due to the specific focuses or defined scope of services and programs I was required to remain within. I still partner and associate with others, and yet Compass Development allows me to serve however I can, where and when I can without limitations.
I love both people and business. As an independent practitioner, I'm able to work with both individuals and organizations to move the profitability needle in the right direction. Happier people are more productive people, after all.

My goal professionally and personally is to empower you to no longer need my services; to arm you with understanding, solutions, and resources in order to achieve the needs, desires, and goals you have.
