First of all, I get suspicious when I see all five star reviews, especially when a company actually has very bad service. For about a month I had been dealing with intermittent internet access . Today, I had no access. Yes, one person did try his best to help me, but now I have to wait until tomorrow for a repair person. The woman from the tech dept was so flat cold and a bit rude when she told me someone couldn't come out until tomorrow between 11 and 4. She said something like, "Do you want the slot or not?" I'm not saying she was supposed to grovel, but she could have been more gracious. If I had or was representing a company who continually failed to deliver a much needed service, I would be a bit more understanding and more polite. I had a difficult time not telling her off. Between, Dave, Adam and Nathan I have never been so delighted at how well a support team can be; not only were they extremely helpful, they were polite, considerate of my poor reception and very patient with me when trying to diagnose my issue with the WiFi hub not communicating with my router; needless to say they solved the issue without the need of an technician and did so in a professional manner. These 3 men are an asset to your company and you’d be very smart in doing what you can in keeping them apart of your team no matter what. Seriously, well done guys! I have been using Community Fibre for a number of months. I consider myself an advanced user and was looking for the best internet service I could find. I am pleased to say I definitely have found it. The service is extremely reliable due to the fibre to the home technology used for the service. The service to your home is real fibre optic cable, there is no unreliable copper used for the last part to your home unlike other "fibre" providers. It really is the real thing! Its also incredibly fast and very low latency, which would be ideal for anyone who does online gaming or works from home like I do. They provide a good router for anyone who wants to get up and running quickly and easily, its also possible to use your own.I use my own router and community fibre have been very helpful supporting getting IPv6 working on my router, they have also recently been able to provide me with a static IPv6 prefix, which is really useful.All the staff that I have dealt with regarding technical support and installation are completely professional and very helpful.I don't think I would ever consider moving to another provider as the service with Community Fibre is so good that there is absolutely no reason why I would ever need to change provider again.I cannot recommend highly enough! Having discovered that Community Fibre was available to us as a business.. we signed up about a week ago... here we are a just 10 days later and we are using a super fast 400Mbps fibre line. This replaced an EFM product and is 16 times the capacity AND half the cost!!! Really happy with the performance - speeds, latency, jitter, bufferbloat etc.. all check out as A+ on dslreports speed test. Could not be happier. From their own boxes in the street or on the roof of a tower block a dedicated fibre is pulled through a small hole in the wall, with a shallow faceplate and Angle Polished SC connectors (angle polished connectors are the proper way to do it). You don't have to use their WiFi router (which is a Linksys Velop unit at the time of writing), as you can just use DHCP and get SYMMETRICAL speeds (none of the Virgin Media 100Mbps down, 6Mbps up garbage). Thanks to Mark who went the extra mile to get mine working when we had snagging issues with the install because I was the first customer in the building, only a week after the bulk fibre went in. I had my internet set up a few days ago but wasn’t getting internet into the flat and I did have to chase head office up a bit for an update but when Sadu came out on Friday he tested the boxes inside and outside and was very helpful and explained everything that was going on to me and I felt like it was a great experience and I’m glad my Internet is up and running with super fast connection.
