Lovely cattery and great, relaxed service which is what I really needed using kennels for the first time. We even had to change dates last minute and they were extremely accommodating. We have been using Common Fold Kennels for our 3 fur kids for a couple of years for several holidays. I won’t leave them with just anybody and what Amanda and John have here is superb. They look after them so well and there is a lovely paddock where they receive their daily exercise. Amanda keeps in touch during the holiday, providing photo updates and videos too. I’ve been taking my Skye a 10 yr old patterdale here for a few years now and always receive good service. This is a family run business and Tom, Pat and their son John are always very pleasant and easy to talk to. It’s only in the last year we’ve started using their pick up and drop of service as Skye can be awkward in the car and it caused me both but stress . I have hunted around for kennels for my dog who is very nervous I came across this dog kennels on the net and thought I try it spoke to the owners explained what my dog was like , during my holiday I emailed to ask how she was doing and got a nice picture of her running around enclosed paddock looking very happy ,I returned from my trip to find my dog was so calm and looked in great condition , I will be returning in the near future many thanks to the staff for looking after Kisha

This is the sixth time I've boarded my Rhodesian Ridgebacks at Common Fold Kennels and I can say with absolute certainty that I would not leave them anywhere else. After a week away I collected them and again both have come home happy and healthy. Our dogs are an important part of our family and I leave them at Common Fold in the knowledge that they will be well looked after and in good hands. One of my dogs is particularly sensitive and neurotic, yet when I collect him he's always full of life and shows no sign of distress, which to me is a clear sign that he has settled into his surroundings and has been well cared for.
