Just got a fireplace for my mum, she loves it and the delivery guys were great. Can't believe it came so quick after ordering since I had ordered from another place (HOS) and they kept extending the delivery date, waited 22 weeks and cancelled it as they said it would be longer still, ordered the same one from comfy homes and delivered the next week and £150 cheaper. everytime it never fails to amaze me - i need to stop going in here because i just dont stop buying... they are always changing stuff and getting new items in so you become a shopholic. love the store and i am a regular. the guys are absolutely great in there and do whatever they can to help you and find what you want. I can see why this place has grown so much because their service is exceptional. I have never been let down and thats not the case when i have shopped elsewhere, including much larger companies so credit to these guys. i am just in awe of this place! i love everything in it!! the prices are very reasonable and every time i have ordered, they let me knot the status of my order without fail. My last order I had an issue whereby the headboard could not fit up my stairs as i did not forsee that i want a very long headboard but hows it going to get into my room!! - anyhow they had to go away and i had to get the window out and they had to deliver again on the same day. i had to pay for delivery again of course because it was my fault but they waited patiently while the window man took the window out and they then also assisted him in getting it in when really they were just suppose to deliver to my front door! My wardrobe arrived. Absolutely love it! My gosh... my fireplace!!! Its even more beautiful than i had imagined... absolutely made my room.Right i ordered a fireplace from another company. .. after making me wait for 7 weeks said they actually had none to give me!!!! I was anooyed to say the least... a client of mine told me about Comfy Homes and honestly... what a service!!I actually failed some security as i placed the order online and i thought oh gosh is this another poor company but after seeing the reviews... bar some odd negative one which you will always get (i run businesses... you can never please some people even if u went to mars and back for them) i emailed some documents and off we went. Got a estimated delivery email and then delivery a bit sooner than i expected. The very nice delivery men came in and opened the item for me to inspect and then kindly took the rubbish away for me also. Thank you and now my living room is finally complete. Well, I have used this company 4 times now in the past 2 years. Must admit first time around I was a bit annoyed as I could not speak to someone when querying my order as I am rather panicky, but the online system works a treat to be fair. Every time, placed my order, received delivery estimation for my goods, then contacted by the delivery team or sent tracking details for my items. Not failed on anything so far and any queries do get answered when I email. What they say they will do, they have done which is not always the case with other online experience I have had in the past - so I can only say fabulous and 5 stars. Delivery team have always opened and checked the items on delivery with me and once there was an issue with one of the items, they took it back and they just contacted me when the replacement would be delivered - it was. cant fault them. will certainly be using again. I approached Comfy Homes to furnish some flats I had acquired as I wanted some modern furniture for serviced apartments so we needed some robust and hard wearing goods. It was a few weeks of dialogue and confirming exactly what I needed and what would be practical and I must say they were so brutally honest. They always gave me advice to suit my needs as at one point, I was certain they made more money on a selection of items, but they advised me against it because they may not have been as robust in the long run which ultimately would have cost me more. They gained my respect at that point I decided to go with them. Never harassed me, allowed me time and I always got back to them rather them annoying me. Fantastic shop great quality. I bought 2 king size beds. Best price and best quality. I was price matching beds and wanted the best quality too. I went to lots of shops quoting me from £2000. My bed from here was £700 otaman velvet high head board and blanket box ( without mattress) but you can get all kinds of mattresses but I have a tempur memory foam so didn't need one. Alternatively at much higher price do not want to match the price as this was their
