We've always stayed here during the holidays. Going on for 4 years now. I would have given the hotel 5 Stars, however this year they didn't live up to the same quality. I like this place usually because it's not a gambling hotel. It's a regalar QUIET family hotel, with a waffle maker and no machines in the lobby. Unfortunately, during this trip the people in the room next door were extremely loud past midnight and I couldn't sleep. (The walls are very thin!) I tried calling the front desk, and even though there's a button that reads "Front Desk" on the phone, neither that button or the Zero would call down, so I had to use my cell. The front desk apologized for the noise and said they'd call them. This type of thing has never happened here. The place is a bit leaky. A ceiling tile fell in the hallways due to leaking pipes, and the tub in our room had a seal leak under it as well. The temperature gauge for the heat/air was super sensitive. It's either hot or cold, so take your pick. We had to turn it off! The beds are just basic and a little springy. Lastly, they use too much bleach or something in the towels. The smell was very strong, and my hands and face were burning after use of the towel. More...

Great experience from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. We got there at 3am and Freddie the front desk worker kindly greeted us and recommended a good burger joint that was open that late. This is our favorite place due to its proximity to Peek n Peek Ski resort and really good value for money and affordability. There were tons of snowmobilers during our last year stay in December. It's always hard booking hotels because people have such a wide range of expectations, but what I like to see in a review is the basics - is the place clean? Comfort Inn & Suites met all expectations in that department. The bed was very comfortable and clean, the room was large, and the service was great. Our room wasn't ready at check-in, so they upgraded us to a room with a jacuzzi, which was excellent! It had jets and everything.We only stayed for one night and didn't use any other amenities, so I can't comment any further on those. They do offer a free hotel breakfast, which was pretty typical as far as hotel breakfasts go. The place is a bit dated, but otherwise fine. Parking spots are plentiful, though narrow. Location is solid, across the street from Kyllo's which is the most reviewed place in town (and delicious). More...

I booked this hotel thinking it was a different one and was kind of skeptical when I drove up and noticed my mistake. From the outside, it doesn't look that great. HOWEVER, we ended up really enjoying our stay! This hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is hot, eggs/biscuits/Texas-shapes waffles/etc. I love the location, it's not as loud as others we've stayed at that were RIGHT off the interstate. This is a very easy hotel to get to, it's technically on a side road off the interstate, easy to get right back on and continue traveling in the morning after getting a good nights rest. Found this place on Hotel Tonight for $80 for the night figure I'd give it a try. Women at front desk was GREAT!!!!! Very nice and  great personality. Got to the room and was very pleased. This was a very nice place to stay. Breakfast was fantastic everything was so neat, organized, and the best part free! Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights. But, if you would like a more quiet stay I would not recommend. The walls were very thin and you could hear conversations in the hallways or TVs if they were too loud. I didn't mind it much just wanted to share that for future visitors. More...

Great find, Great ValueThis is a well kept property, perfect for an economy visit to VA and DC. The hotel has a free 6 minute shuttle to the VAN DORN Metro ( blue line ) which provides fast, comfortable service to DC ( seniors pay half price ). Housekeeping-- Very efficient and thorough . As far as hotels go, this one is pretty good. The rooms are nice, they have hundreds of channels on the TV, and the continental breakfast is about as good as you would expect in a regular hotel. My only complaints are that 1. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner bottles are WAY too small. They didn't have enough for me to use for one wash! And 2. The elevator is VERY slow. Stopped overnight and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is clean, quiet, and parking is painless. Facility is pet friendly, Â but we also have a service dog. The clerk was "funny" about the service dog and explained the differences between service dogs and other varieties. One shouldn't have to say more than it's a service dog. So glad to be back here for a couple days.  The front counter clerk listened to my complaints about Days Inn and he said to always call them and they will price match. Definitely I will take this advice! The rooms are so clean and very comfortable, I find. Soft pillows, nice colors, and just an overall nice atmosphere.  Someone recently complained about bed bugs here, but with  brand new mattresses I don't see how.... perhaps some other guest brought them along (unlikely) or the reviewer got into some mosquitos or something. This would be an average hotel, but the service elevated the experience to 4.5 stars. Â I rounded up an extra half star, for the helpful front desk staff. Â Even the maids gave eye contact and greet guests as they walk past them in the hall.I give them further props due to the fact that they handled the PGE Refugees without gouging on the rates.The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding.My only caveat is that the property is in a noisy location and they need to put triple pane windows for better sound insulation.The toilet is at the end of it's life span; maybe it's time to install new fixtures?We expect to be back here again in the future, and we recommend the Comfort Inn Rocklin! Best place to stay in LV. Much nicer rooms and more accommodations than most of the casinos on the strip for the same price or less. And you're still close to the bustle of Vegas from the nearby Sunset Station. This Inn is good value and on top of that very nice rooms and grounds. Â I travel a lot in the U.S. and this place was extremely easy, good food delivery from a number of restaurants, and a real nice bed. Â My dog gave it 4 Paws!

We stopped last night at the Scottsboro Alabama Comfort Inn and Suites. Everything was perfect. We got a great rate for the king bed suite room. Lynn was very professional, friendly and helpful. Comfortable Inn & Sweet too! Â Clean lobby & nice guy recommended dinner places. Â Large suite w/ 2 very nice double beds, big enough or fit our 3 bikes in here without them even being in the way. Also had fridge, microwave, decent TV w/ Direct TV which had every channel you could want! Â Room was updated w/ great decor. Bathroom was huge & clean. We slept good since the beds were newer w/ good pillows. Â Breakfast buffet was included and had pretty good options. Crazy crowd but lotsa tables and the staff kept up on refilling everything. I wish I could say just how nice this place was....I hardly ever give a hotel five stars.  I mean, hotels are just ...hard.  So much to get right to get a five...bed has to be comfy, towels fluffy, amenities nice, staff good...But this place...let's begin at the beginning, which for us was about 3:30 am.   I was so tired.  We overstayed our time in Kentucky and ended up coming in about 6 hours later than I assumed we would be.  My hubby was cranky, I was barely walking at this point from road soreness.  The gentleman at night check in was understanding, kind and very helpful.  He helped us in every way he could.  Even asked did we need help with the bags.The room  was lovely.  Bed was great, there were some hidden spaces to put bags too.  Loved it.  We asked for extra towels the next morning, and when we did, this was noted.  EVERY DAY AFTER THEY PUT EXTRA TOWELS IN THE ROOM.  Who does that?The rooms were so clean, the bed (and I was hit by a car on my bicycle...I am handicapped but walking ...barely sometimes, so I am picky about my beds) were GREAT.  Every time we went downstairs we were greeted sweetly and they are just so so so amazing.  This morning, we checked out, but even at breakfast, we were again pleasantly surprised by Kiera, who gave us not only great service, but helped me navigate the waffle maker, asking if she could help me find anything...wow.I have never been treated this way in a discount hotel...something not costing more than my car payment.Stay here.  You are going to be pleased. Stayed here as near airport, good price and free shuttle.  Call hotel and let them know you are waiting and where you are.  Be sure you get on the Comfort Inn North, not West.  Close to a Cal Train stop which we did not use.  Room very clean and great hot tub.  Breakfast good except first day with pd. eggs.  Real eggs after that.  Lots of protein choices, PB, ham or bacon, yogurt, hard boiled eggs.  Hot pot with rice, a new choice I had never seen.  I thought it would be oatmeal.  Also 3 Belgian type waffle makers.  Not fancy, but great bed.  Road and airplane noise may bother some.  Fee for parking.A 10-15 minute walk across RR tracks bridge on Grand to bus stop and at Grand and Airport Blvd. across from the Circle K/76 gas  (lots of restaurants there too) for SamTran 292 bus.  "G" stop on schedule.  Takes you to the PIER 1/FERRY BLDG in SF in about an hour. We had a house fire and went there to have 5 adults and a 2 year old on a Sunday eve on July 14. Â Jamie, the manager, was unbelievable to make sure that we were taken care of. Â All the staff, including the kitchen worker made sure we had enough for breakfast, and could keep extra yogurt or cheese sticks in the room refrigerator. Â The evening staff helped with computers since we had to do our work there also. Â Jamie worked with the insurance company to negotiate a rate until we could get a home rental after 10 nites there. I preordered my room thru Trivago. drive hrs.(thats why.)the place looked Amazing on computer . The list of what it had also looked Amazing. they charge me $25.00 fee room charge. ( if items are damaged etc) . Said they'll put back on card They better. Great place to stay. The ENTIRE staff was friendly, helpful, genuinely interested in making sure your stay was as good as possible. Natalie at the front desk during the day was great. Helped me solve a problem with my Choice Privileges account. The fix was so simple but she's the first that took a little time to give me the information I needed to get it fixed Breakfast was ok. Party and I selected Comfort Inn & suites due hotels in San Francisco being extremely overpriced on a weekend...so after hours of searching, we came upon this location and thought it was a steal with the rates we were getting, which includes complimentary parking and breakfast. Booking was made 3 months in advance directly through their site and discount was added for signing up to their rewards membership prog.Upon arrival, we arrived at 10AM, requesting an early check in and the agent at the front desk was very professional and added the request, also advising us to call around 12PM to check if there are any clean rooms available for us to be assigned. We left the hotel and explored the area for a couple hours, coming back at 1PM. We sat down, didn't mind the wait but the lady from earlier let us know we can check in early with no charge. I believe the manager checked us in, I requested a late check out, which he was very nice and polite to add the request with no additional charges.We arrived in our standard king room, extra spacious, had a separate room with a sofa bed, sheets were clean, bathroom was stainless and throughout the night, it was very quiet, no disturbance at all. As for breakfast, it was ok, it was typical just like any other Inn... If I have plans to visit the city again, I will be choosing Comfort Inn Suites in Oakland in the future! More...
