I highly Reccomend Shiloh. I have a fearful rescue German Shepherd that was scared to even leave my own front door. With Shiloh's help we now have a great mannered dog that loves to go on walks on the leash, meet other dogs and people. A complete 180 amd we are so thankful. More...

Just finished my final lesson with my previously aggressive German Shepherd and he is like a completely different dog than when we started. Before working with Come Sit Stay our dog was very "other dog" aggressive, now he can play with other dogs in public and in our home. This was an absolute game changer for our family and our dog. They were patient with our dog, our kids, and my wife and I during the entire training process and gave us the tools to enjoy taking our dog into public. More...

Shiloh is awesome at what she does. Since my dogs are weird around other dogs, she suggested private training for my two little fur babies. I needed tips to get them better trained, and for my boy to stop being so rambunctious lol. At the end of the training, Thor was like a completely different dog. He was listening better, he was cuddling, his sweetness was coming out. I definitely recommend her services 100%. Both of my dogs benefited greatly, and I'm already looking into doing her obstacle course for Thor and another class for Nymeria. More...

Whether you're looking for dog training, boarding - or both - Come, Sit, Stay is the best.
I met the owner a few years ago at a Cedar Creek Lake Humane Society event & was very impressed with her knowledge and dedication to the shelter animals there. Over the years, she has often donated her time in an effort to make those dogs with "behavior issues" more attractive to prospective adopters.
I have referred her to several friends/neighbors. Some boarded their dogs with her & have been very pleased. One neighbor works long & crazy hours. He started with one dog and now he has three. All three consider Come, Sit, Stay their second home and they benefit from the special attention they receive.
My 7-year-old Min. Schnauzer & I really did learn a lot recently from the training we received. She no longer constantly pulls me like a sled dog.
Come, Sit, Stay is run by an exceptional person who actually cares about your dog & your relationship with your dog. She LISTENS to what you want & actually works with you to accomplish those goals - not her goals - YOUR GOALS!

Shiloh has helped me get my service dog back! After several vet visits my service dog became fearful and I lost my confidence in her and myself. Shiloh used positive training methods via Facebook messenger calls, texts and videos for 6 months at a really reasonable price and we are back working as a confident SD team. Priceless More...

My puppy and I just finished beginning obedience with Shiloh and it was a wonderful experience! Shiloh is a very nice, educated and passionate trainer and she is so dedicated to her students (the doggies) and clients (the peoples). She is always there to answer on topic and off topic questions. We will definitely be continuing our training journey with intermediate obedience and service dog training! More...

Best experience ever! I had just previously paid another trainer to train my dog and got him back after two weeks not even knowing the sit command. Shiloh made me feel so much better about paying another trainer, she sent me updates along the way on how he was doing. And two weeks later I get back this well trained HOUSE BROKEN dog. She truly cares about the animals she is training and is so patient with the owners. I’ve texted her so many times and she is always willing to answer my questions or show me something again. I 100% recommend come, sit, stay. More...

Q&As

I love watching the understanding and communication between dogs and their humans grow.

My objective in this positive reinforcement based training is to provide a safe, competent, affordable, loving option to families with four-legged members for the improvement of the canine-human relationship.

Clients should always look for a positive reinforcement, force free trainer to make sure that their problems are solved due to an understanding of the behavior rather than a fear of consequences. We offer that kind patience that ensures owners can feel comfortable in the methods used to train their dogs.

Services

Private Lessons are a super flexible option that offers the client the opportunity to learn how to train their pet to achieve their goals under the guidance of a training expert.

Content covered in boarded training is highly specific to the dog boarded, but we frequently address beginner and intermediate obedience, remedial behaviors (digging, excessive jumping, fearful behaviors, aggression), and service dog tasks.

We typically offer two lengths of boarded training, though specific duration may be provided upon request. The most common training is a 14-day training during which we can establish a reliable foundation of beginner obedience, or advance a dog through subsequent training programs as described below.
We also offer a 21-day training duration which can establish beginner and intermediate behaviors, remedial training, or puppy training. Extended training makes time for lots of public outings and socialization, ensuring that your dog understands his training in many environments.
