I rarely give negative reviews, I believe everyone deserves a fair chance. But this company has left me questioning if I can ever trust anyone by their word. I paid for this company to lay block paving on my patio. They used a muckaway service to collect the rubble, instead of using a skip like everyone else. The muckaway truck tore up my driveway, but Comco said they we put it back when the work was finished. That work finished a month ago and they put down some new gravel that was clearly different from the original. I complained and they said they would come back. it's been 4 weeks and they have not returned a single one of my messages. The warning signs were there, the company owner doesn't seem to own his own truck, so he ha to rely on a colleague to collect and remove equipment. They don't eve. seem to have their own wheelbarrow since they used mine to mix up the mortar and left a previously clean garden barrow looking like a builders barrow. I had to tell them they laid some blocks upside down. I had to tell them they need to Put a border around the patio, they were going to leave an uneven line cut with an angle grinder...I had to remind them to mix the paving stones to avoid having all the same colours and sizes next to each other, and I had to remind not to pave over the drain. They had trouble getting soil, and dumped a pile of dead soil on the lawn which still has not sprouted any grass. I have paid the company in full, assuming the integrity of the company owner, Terry, was real, but I have not heard a word from him since. If they come back and fix all the issues they left and admit their fault, I'll be happy to delete this review, but I cannot recommend them at all. Terry was very professional knew what was required sadly my budget was not quite there!however compared to other quotes Terry was spot on!

We have used this company over many years,and have found them very reliable.
