I have been training with Dave Scarborough for 5+ years. I can easily say "bring on the next 30". Being someone who competes in mixed martial arts competition's at a professional level my fitness and strength have to be at the highest level come fight night,along with my weight having to be on point.

Hi I am over weight and tried loads of ways to loss weight. But always put it back on within 6 months . Dave is different you get all the help with diet , exercise and times of eating and what to have a that time I have lost 5% of body fat in 2 weeks with Dave's help. But more emportant it's changed the way I eat with out feeling like I'm not on a diet and as a van driver with night shifts it is easy to snack on fuel station rubbish very happy with my results and highly recommend Dave as I feel energysed every day not sluggish or hungry More...
If only I had met Dave years ago, he should be in every school teaching kids basic things like standing and sitting correctly, never mind all the other body strengthening stuff I now know.

I recently booked Dave to come and do a PT session at my home and was so impressed with the programme he created. Dave was knowledgeable, helpful and clear in all of his instructions, talking through the reasons for each exercise and checking my posture and positioning throughout. He has created a fantastic workout which has pushed me to my limits, who knew you could do so much with just a kettlebell!! Kevin is a fantastic trainer! I completed his 8 week bodyrevise programme and I've lost a stone in weight and 4.5inches off my waist. But more than that, I've gained massive amounts of confidence, learnt a new skill and had great craic doing it Kevin is not a typical trainer who treats training as a job, he really invests his time and energy into getting you what you want both physically and mentally, this is not a 9-5 job for him!
