It was good massage. My therapist Courtney is new, locally trained at the the Technical College of the Rockies. She was very knowledgeable and seemed good at her craft. Price, $60 for an hour massage is on par with other places. You get $5 off when you rebook. More...

Was able to squeeze a last minute massage in for my wife and I while we were traveling to relieve our road-weary muscles. The therapist was excellent and sensitive to our different aches and pains, even teaching us useful stretches to try on our long drive home

The location is convenient in downtown Delta and has a good energy inside. I loved the exposed brick and hardwood floors.

What do you love most about your job?
I have been a Psychotherapist/Counselor for over 45 years. I love working with people using Solution-focused Therapy approaches to help resolve all problems and help people reach their goals. I have worked with 1000's of clients with many different kinds of problems and have been able to help them. One of my areas of specialty is working successfully with weight loss/eating Disorders with great success.
I have great success with helping release clients' PTSD response and resolving underlying anxiety and depression.
I have helped many people overcome addictions, quit smoking and finding a healthy life. I work with ways to sleep easily and well through the night without medications.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in Private Practice for most of my career. I like to help people reach their goals quickly and effectively and find that I am able to achieve that when I work without the layers of bureaucracy that is often part of working for a Mental Health Center.
Why should our clients choose you?
My studies have been with the founders of Solution-focused and Family Systems Therapy. I have worked with thousands of people, many of whom could not find help with other Counselors and have been able to be successful in helping them reach their goals and experience the life they want.
