I scheduled a big family portrait over the holidays and had to change the date a few times, Reem was more than accommodating and very understanding. When we arrived at her studio, my kids took a long time to warm up and she had lots of toys to help get them comfortable. She had great props and suggestions. she delivered the photos well within the time frame she provided as guidance and the photos turned out fantastic.
