Colorado Springs Hypnotherapy

I had never used Hypnotherapy before, as I was looking for anything and everything to help me with my anxiety issues. I turned to Barbara for help in hopes that her methodology would work for me. I have had 2 sessions with Barbara, and I have been extremely pleased. She individualized for my needs. I really needed that. She is very compassionate and very willing to give her heart and soul to help those who need her. I can't say enough good things about Barbara and the way she has taken such wonderful care of me. This has been a great start to working on my issues, and I will not hesitate to go back to her for more sessions should I need them. Barbara is very fair with her pricing. This is the right place to go if you want change and the ability to live your life the way the Lord would see fit...A positive life. . Mrs. Barbara is a wonderful woman from within and out... She is not there for the money but is there for the people, has a caring soul and heart. Also she is well trained in what she do and that is the ability to see and help you. This woman is the only woman in Colorado that has all and every credentials to help another but main thing she has the Lord as her main teacher and today I will say it is true that God does work through people just like me and you and for sure working through barb to see us succeed on a positive path. A few months back I went to Mrs Barbara looking for a way to help boost my self esteem and overcome my social anxiety. I had heard about hypnotherapy before and was curious and hopeful about it. Although I can't say I was (or am) any more confident after my time at Colorado Springs Hypnotherapy, my experience was absolutely wonderful. Right off the bat I could tell that Mrs Barbara is kind, knowledgeable, and truly cares about helping her patients grow. She was so helpful and answered any and all questions, made sure I understood exactly what I was going into and was so reassuring. And she really took the time to try and understand exactly what I wanted to work on and where it stemmed from. She did her absolute best to make sure I was comfortable with her and the environment. I went to about 2 or 3 sessions, and in the end, hypnotherapy just wasn't for me. But that isn't to say that this isn't beneficial to the right people! I truly believe that hypnotherapy is a great way to grow into yourself. It just wasn't for me. If you are curious about it, or are even considering hypnotherapy in the slightest, I highly recommend Colorado Springs Hypnotherapy!
