I've been a customer with colony west for over three years now and have had such a wonderful experience. Their team is very efficient and get back to you within an hour with welcoming customer service . With any questions I have I know that John is always available to take my calls, he always reminds me of deadlines to ensure I have all paperwork and he is always so proactive in searching for good rates. I have been insured with Colony West for 8 years. It's probably one of the only service vendors that has never disappointed me. I own several business: Manufacturing, Retail, Commercial real estate & Distribution.They have been able to be provide high quality expertise in each sector. I went through a major claim, and all the proactive work they did covered my damages entirely.
