We are a semi-private training studio in Scotts Addition providing five start personal training services, small group classes and nutrition. We offer a full nutrition club, with personalized plans for every client. Whether your goal is weigh loss, weight gain, or simy overall wellness, we have a program to fit your needs.

Best quality, value, and overall training and nutrition club in Richmond. Staff truely cares about the client and makes getting into better shape a personal journey for each client. The semi-private atmosphere removes the corporate gym feel for more individualized attention each clients needs. The classes are inclided and the nutrition club makes for a wonderful addition to all the servuces offered. I would recomend Colonial to anyone looking to improve their overall health and make lifestyle changes. More...

I just want to start by saying how amazing colonial fit is. I came to them a year ago 20 pounds heavier. These trainers are super intelligent and can help you reach any goal you have. I was scared at first to go but now I motivate every person I can to attend at least one boot camp or session. They turn into your family and everyone helps push you to success. It's a true addiction once you start going. They have the best pricing around. I've been with Brie 99% of the time for personal training. She knows how to push you and can modify things you can't quite do; from being tired or just not able to. She is super nice and if you're shy, she is definitely someone that can get you out of your shell & truly make you feel better. Steve, Chris, and Shane rock boot camps. They all have their own technique but they all want what's best & will push you to success as well. They're crazy gym monsters and I love it.****They're not in it just for the money. First, set a goal. Second, figure out a realistic plan to reach that goal. Thirdly, implement that plan and stay as consistent as possible. And finally, dont get discouraged or give up if you backslide from time to time. Its part of the process. Progress is seen when you push through.

Feeling every day that I am making a difference in peoples lives and teaching them how to maintain the lifesfyle changes they are making long term.

Seeing how big box gyms treat clients like a number instead of a person and the lack of personal attention a "membership" gets them. I wanted to know my clients by name and really teach them to not need me!

We have no membership fees or contracts. We are available 24 hours to our clients via text, call, or email to answer questions or just motivate. We are passionate about what we do and we get results.
