What do you love most about your job?
My Job is so different every day, each case is different to that last, and the laws are always changing. I love the fast paced nature of this sector and hearing the feedback from clients when my service helped to take the pressure off.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My town is relatively small, so after helping a few friends of mine pro-bono, word got around that I would have the answers! I started helping out some small businesses on a regular basis and things just moved really quickly from there. I set up a ltd company under a different name and structure but it wasn't quite what I wanted. Once I changed a few things around I began trading almost immediately.

We are a very honest, professional firm. We take confidentiality and work very seriously but that's about it! We have a light, easy going, personal relationship with all of our clients which makes life a little less stressful for them as we know that dealing with your employees can be a challenge (albeit a rewarding one!) . It also means you can ask us anything and we will guide you in the best way to approach your specific situation.

Letter Writing Service
We can track your employee's journey from on-boarding through to exit through this letter writing service. Every milestone and event in the employee journey, be it appraisals or disciplinary hearings, you will have a complete paper trail for each employee's personal file.
