Just finished up at College Animal Hospital for the first time. My cat is healthy! First of all, the place is a total hole in the wall. Parking for pet owners is behind the building. Inside was very clean and well lit. It felt like a well kept and professional establishment. The staff was friendly and helpful. I LOVE this vet. They are so attentive and are able to fit you in soon. They really care about your animals, and it shows. Dr. Rose listens to your concerns fully and lets you talk before she talks. I learned about College Animal Hospital (CAH) through my volunteer work with Frosted Faces Foundation. I've been so impressed with CAH's skill, organization, and individualized care for FFF's many senior pups that it was a no-brainer for me to make the 110 mile drive when my own dog needed a dental. Drop off was quick and easy, and I got to enjoy the cool SD weather and attractions while I waited for my boy. Later that afternoon he was ready to pick up and the staff gave me clear aftercare directions. Skipper's teeth look great and his recovery was fast. Dr. Rose and the staff at CAH are rockstars! Great service from the most of the staff here. The only complaint I have is due to one employee. I asked her a few questions regarding my charges and she just looked at me with a blank stare. She replied with something along the lines of, "Well ...this is what the vet recommended." Obviously, haha. This place is incredible! My dog was attacked by homeless persons dog who was off leash. It was tramatic experience. I came to the College Animal Hospital and the staff was so comforting to both me and my dog. We were provided with THE BEST care, great communication and treatment for the dog. No waiting. Upon arrival at College Animal Hospital, we were greeted by friendly staff who were welcoming and eager to assist in treating our dog peanut. The facility was clean and calming with inviting wall colors, modern lighting, and comfotable seating. The techs and vet were thorough with their questions and completed their assessment within 15 minutes. I felt satisfied with their exam and I felt peanut was receiving premium attention and care. Their means of communicating with their clients is top notch and can be achieved all from the comfort of your smart phone.
