From the minute you engage the staff at Coliseum to plan an event, it's a pleasure to work with them. The food is plentiful and well prepared, from lamb chops to sushi to the homemade donuts for dessert. So good. Again, the staff is very responsive, working with our family to make sure that certain severe allergies were being accommodated. They are my go-to, and I recommend them without any reservations.
